Transcape 1.0.7 — More readable live captions
A focused accessibility update for live bilingual captions on iPhone and Apple Watch.
Target release window: September 28 to October 2, 2026. This version is in preparation and is not yet the current App Store version.

- A 200% extra-large caption size for greater reading distance.
- Current-translation priority in extra-large mode, reducing visual competition from older caption history.
- Reduce Motion behavior for custom Apple Watch interface transitions.
- Clearer VoiceOver labels and hints for starting and stopping Apple Watch microphone translation.
- Localized release information for ten App Store languages.
Privacy stays the same
Transcape continues to use Apple system speech recognition and translation resources on device. Audio, recognized text, and translations are not uploaded to developer-operated servers. No account, advertising SDK, or cross-app tracking is used.
iPhone App Preview
The preview uses the real version 1.0.7 interface in a deterministic demo mode. Cross-app Picture in Picture still requires physical-device validation.
