Transcape - Live Translator ("Transcape", "we", or "the app") is designed to provide live speech recognition and translation while keeping user data under the user's control.
Data We Collect
We do not collect personal information, account information, analytics data, advertising identifiers, location data, recordings, transcripts, or translated text on our own servers. Transcape does not require an account.
Audio, Speech Recognition, and Translation
Transcape uses Apple system frameworks for microphone access, speech recognition, translation, and speech playback. Audio is processed only after the user explicitly starts a live translation session, microphone capture, or screen broadcast. The developer does not receive, store, or operate servers for audio, recognized text, or translated text.
Local Storage
Transcape may store app preferences, trial status, purchase entitlement status, diagnostics generated on the device, and optional local transcript history on the user's device. Local transcript history, when enabled, remains on the device and can be managed from within the app.
In-App Purchases
Paid subscriptions and lifetime purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store payment card numbers, billing addresses, or other payment credentials.
Third-Party Tracking and Advertising
Transcape does not use third-party advertising SDKs and does not track users across apps or websites.
Children's Privacy
Transcape is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. The updated date on this page indicates the latest revision.

本地存储
译境可能会在用户设备上保存 App 偏好设置、试用状态、购买权益状态、设备端诊断信息，以及用户可选启用的本地转写历史。本地转写历史启用后仍保留在设备上，用户可在 App 内管理。
App 内购买
订阅和买断购买由 Apple 通过 App Store 处理。我们不会接收或保存银行卡号、账单地址或其他付款凭据。
第三方追踪与广告
译境不使用第三方广告 SDK，也不会跨 App 或网站追踪用户。
儿童隐私
译境并非面向 13 岁以下儿童。我们不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。
